When you can't ask for a cancellation?

Once your article gets published in an issue it can't be withdrawn.

During the processing period before accepting the paper for publication, you can ask for withdrawal by paying the cancellation fee of $10 which includes the Plagiarism checker cost and DOI generation cost.
